FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I take pride in being able to fully dedicate myself to each and every project, so I only take on a limited number of projects at a time. I do have a wait list from which I book projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, I am booking 3-4 months out for new projects. To sign up for the wait list, please complete the Project Request Form and tell me a bit more about your project. Once I’m sure we’re a good fit, I’ll send you an email to let you know your place on the wait list.
A 30% deposit along with a signed contract is required before starting any work on your project. The amount of the deposit will be determined by your total project cost. The remaining balance will be split into two payments with 40% due halfway through the project and the remaining 30% due prior to the predetermined launch date. Preferred payment method is PayPal or bank check.
Brand packages include a Brand Guidelines document, a Style Guide, links to download your fonts and a folder of various logo files as well as a logo guidelines document.
Logo files are provided in PNG and EPS (vector) format for screens and JPEG and EPS for print. A browser favicon and social media profile images with the primary logo are also included in the brand package.
Colors are provided as HEX, RGB and CMYK codes in both the Brand Guidelines and Style Guide.
All website packages include all graphics and images used for your website. Ownership of the website is transferred to you once final payment has been made. I am available to make any small changes such as typos or glitches you catch within 1 day of release.
